RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS POLICY

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from perfume, make-up & fake tan and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts, change of mind or incorrect sizing unless defective or faulty.
  • Euphoria Couture is not responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.
  • Please take care when trying on any products. Any Items that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

REFUNDS

  • Customers who have received any products with a manufacturing fault or incorrect items will receive a refund  
  • Please Contact us or email us at hello@euphoria-couture.com with reasonable proof within 30 days of your order being delivered and you may qualify for the option of a full refund or a free replacement.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

    • Free order cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse.
